Notes provide a way for you to keep a record of anything you'd like to remember about your day, meals, snacks, or exercise. You can also use Notes to communicate with your dietitian.

To log a note, simply click on the yellow note icon for your day, meal, snack or exercise:
For example, to log a note about your breakfast, click on the yellow note icon to the left of "Breakfast":
Write your note. If you'd like to send this note to your dietitian, check the box for "Send this note to my dietitian".
Your dietitian can view any note you write, but checking this box will send an alert directly to your dietitian.
Select "Save" when you are ready to save your note.
Notes you've written appear in your Log with a green check mark.
