A combination is a group of foods that you would normally eat together (e.g., coffee, sugar, cream). Some combinations contain food items that can be eaten independently of other foods (yogurt and strawberries); others might contain foods such as condiments (mustard) that are typically never eaten alone. Create a combination while you are logging your meals (or from the My Foods drop-down menu) so that the GMI Engine can make personalized meal suggestions based on how you actually eat. Combination foods have a combination icon to the left of their name. It looks like this:

How to Create Combinations
From the My Foods menu, select Combinations, then click the Create Combination button.
Enter the name of the combination, the brand (if there is one), and the serving name (measurement).
Next, search for individual ingredients by entering them into the find food search bar.
Once you find the ingredient, add it to the combination. The quantity and serving unit can be adjusted on the next screen.
When you are finished adding foods to the combination, click the Create button, to save the combination in your food library.
The new combination is added to your my foods library. Click 'log' to add it to one of today's or tomorrow's meals.
