Looking for an easy way to remind yourself of what you ate so you can log it later, or to send a picture to your dietitian or coach?
To attach a photo a note in your Log, simply click on the yellow note icon for a meal or snack:
Click on "Upload" to select a photo to upload from your computer:
If you'd like to send this note and photo to your dietitian, check the box for "Send this note to my dietitian".
Your dietitian can view any photo you attach to a note, but checking this box will send an alert directly to your dietitian.
Select "Save" when you are ready to save your note.
Meals with photos have a yellow camera icon:
To remove the photo, hover over the photo and click on the trash can icon:
