The Recent Meals tab in My Foods displays the last 20 meals that you've logged. This is helpful if you want to review, log, share or Favorite your recent meals without having to page through the Log one day at a time. (Click here to read more about viewing Recent Meals from your Log page.)
Navigate to the Recent Meals tab by selecting Recent Meals from the dropdown menu under My Foods.
Choose a meal that you would like to log, and click the Log button.
Select the meal and date you want to log your meal, and uncheck any foods you do not want to log. You may also adjust portion sizes. When you have made any desired changes to the meal, click on the Log button.
The meal will appear in your Log.
Click on the green and blue Sharing icon to share a Recent Meal. Read more about sharing Recent Meals with Friends here.
Click on the 'Add to' button to add a Recent Meal to your Favorites (or a custom suggestion source created for you by your Dietitian). Read more about Favorites here.
