The Weight Tracking section of the Good Measures website lets you track your weight over time. Find Weight Tracking in the Learn drop-down menu along the top navigation bar.
Add or Edit weights in Weight Tracking
From the Weight Tracking screen in the Learn section, enter your current weight into the upper right hand portion of the screen, make notes (members often like to note the time of day they weighed themselves or the scale they used), and click the update button.
Your weight along with notes will be recorded and represented by a point on the Weight Tracking chart. Note: changing your weight using the Weight Tracking feature will update it in the Personal Info (and vice versa).
If you would like to update your weight for a different day, simply click on the blue date, and you will be presented with a calendar from which you may select a different day.
Setting Your Target Weight
If you selected that you wanted to gain or lose weight during your initial profile set up, you would have set a weight target at that time called Desired Weight. You can update your weight target at any time by selecting Personal Info from the drop-down menu next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen, and clicking the edit link next to your weight goal.
If you would like to maintain your weight (neither gain nor lose weight) set your Current Weight to your Desired Weight.
