A Created Food is any food that you add to My Foods by entering its nutrition information. Once you create a food, it will remain in the Good Measures database so you can log it again.
Any foods you create are private: other Good Measures members will not be able to find your Created Foods unless you specifically share them with Friends or your Household. You can learn more about sharing foods here.
