The Eating Pattern displays your daily calorie goal, your average daily calorie intake, and information about your meal sizes. Your meal sizes are used to determine the size of the Meal Suggestions you receive. For example, if you prefer a very light breakfast and a larger lunch, the platform will make Meal Suggestions that follow that eating pattern.
Click on Eating Pattern in the drop-down menu under your name in the upper righthand corner of the screen.

Your default meal sizes are based on your your average meal and snack size. To make this calculation, Good Measures looks at the last 30 times each meal or snack was logged.
To customize your Meal Sizes, click on the edit link.
Select the Custom Pattern radio button to edit your meal sizes.
Create your custom meal sizes by adjusting the calories or the percentages for each meal and snack. Changing the calories for a meal or snack will automatically update its % of cal and vice versa.
As you edit your meal sizes, red numbers will appear if you have too many or too few calories. For best results, adjust the calorie numbers for your meals and snacks so that their sum equals your daily goal. You'll know you've got it just right when the red numbers disappear. When you're ready, click the Save button to save your custom meal sizes.
Current pattern restores your default meal sizes. You can return to your default pattern at any time by selecting the Current Pattern radio button or clicking on the "current pattern" link.
Clear all creates a clean slate for your custom pattern.
The balanced pattern will divide your calories roughly into four quarters, with a little less than a quarter at breakfast, one quarter at lunch, about a third of your daily calories at dinner, and a little less than a quarter of your calories spread evenly across all three snacks.
